West Ham have been blamed for indicating "carelessness" towards their women team by blocking funding and growth.
Stephen Hunt, the administrator of West Ham United Ladies FC, has affirmed the Premier League club have kept down funds, which means they can't bear the cost of a physiotherapist or legitimate transport offices.
Chase, whose group play in the FA Women's Premier League Southern Division, the third level of ladies' football, told BBC Sport: "I think West Ham have broken the fundamental targets of the FA to advance uniformity and grassroots football at all levels.
"At first, what I believed was an absence of interest I now comprehend is a constructive expectation by senior individuals at West Ham to obstruct the development of West Ham Ladies.
"It's past carelessness, it is attempting to keep us from any kind of subsidizing."
West Ham reacted by fortifying their devotion to the women group and expressing a rebuild was at that point under way.
A club representative said: "Supporting, sustaining and encouraging the ladies' diversion is essential to West Ham United, a club with solid group standards and a commitment to balance in game.
"The everyday administration of West Ham United Ladies FC was exchanged to an outsider some time back, and lamentably it is a course of action that has just not worked.
"Mr Hunt has declined to adjust to West Ham's standards all through his residency as executive and has, on various events, undermined the club.
"The club have been working for quite a while on arrangements to take West Ham United Ladies FC 'in-house' and, in light of Mr Hunt's latest profoundly concerning remarks, we will now be looking to do as such at the most punctual open door.
"We will, obviously, try to keep up the present West Ham United Ladies FC squad staff where conceivable, and give them the most ideal backing and administration pushing ahead.
"As an aftereffect of this present, ladies' football at West Ham United will get to be greater, better and more grounded, as we proceed with our dedication to the development and advancement of the ladies' diversion, both on and off the pitch."
