Arsenal won't win another Premier League title with Arsene Wenger in control, as indicated by previous Chelsea and Celtic striker Chris Sutton.
The Gunners' lone real signing this mid year has been Granit Xhaka, while Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea have reinforced extensively in front of the new crusade.
Furthermore, Sutton, who won the Premier League title with Blackburn Rovers in 1995, has hammered Arsene Wenger for demonstrating no expectation in the late spring exchange window and demands the Frenchman needs to leave all together for the club to advance.
"I simply stress over Arsenal again this season. They've indicated positively no aim," Sutton told BBC Five Live.
"I think the board and Wenger are disappointing the fans. I simply don't know where Arsenal are going - in the event that I were an Arsenal fan I'd be frantically disillusioned.
"They've said they are not going to spend, the board are upbeat, right? Consistently, Champions League football, get the cash.
"You have a supervisor who can picked when he leaves, they have no goal, they had an awesome possibility of winning the class last season, they simply don't spend, and in case you're an Arsenal fan you simply think 'well, it'll be main four once more, we won't win anything'.
"At that point you see Manchester United and Manchester City indicating expectation, it's simply getting increasingly hard, until Wenger goes Arsenal won't win the Premier League."
